Private Pay
Residents and families may pay privately for care. This offers the most flexibility in choosing a location and room type.
Assisted Living Waiver Program
Genesis Manor accepts Medi-Cal through California’s Assisted Living Waiver Program (ALWP), which helps eligible seniors afford residential care as an alternative to nursing home placement.
Long-Term Care Insurance
We work with residents who carry long-term care insurance policies. Our team can help coordinate documentation your insurance provider may require.
VA Aid and Attendance
Veterans and surviving spouses may qualify for the VA Aid and Attendance benefit, which helps cover the cost of assisted living care. We are glad to support families working through the VA application process.
