Our trained caregivers are available around the clock to help residents with daily living, medical coordination, and comfort care, all within a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).

What we Provide

Our Care and Services

We offer 24/7 care and supervision by experienced caregivers, many of whom have been with us for years, providing stability and continuity your family can rely on.

Daily Living Assistance

• Showering and bathing
• Dressing and grooming
• Eating and mealtime Support
• Toileting
• Transferring (bed to chair, etc.)
• Medication management
• Three daily meals and snacks
• Laundry and housekeeping
• Visiting specialists

Specialized Care

• Dementia care
• Alzheimer’s care
• Memory care
• Parkinson’s care
• Mobility support
• Incontinence care
• End-of-life and hospice support
• Wound care coordinated through third-party hospice or home health services

Medical Oversight

• A licensed physician rounds monthly at each home

• Pharmacy delivery six days a week, with a Kaiser contract in place

• Established relationships with home health and hospice agencies to bring additional medical services directly into the home

What we Don’t Provide

What Genesis Manor Doesn’t Provide

Every family’s needs are different, and we want to be upfront about the scope of care we offer so you can make the right decision for your loved one. Genesis Manor is not equipped to provide:

  • IV therapy
  • G-tube feeding
  • Ventilator care
  • Stage 3 or 4 wound care, unless the resident is enrolled in hospice
  • Insulin injections or other injectable medications
  • Overnight one-one-one care (our homes don’t have awake night staff, though we respond to emergencies at hour all hours)
  • Continuous medical monitoring, such as daily labs or IV management
  • Secured or locked-unit care for residents at risk of elopement, as our homes aren’t locked facilities

If your loved one needs a higher level of medical care than we provide directly, we can often coordinate with hospice or home health partners to bring those services into the home. Contact us to talk through your specific situation.
