We are a family-owned group of five licensed board and care homes in Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and La Verne. The person who answers is one of the four administrators, not a call center or a referral service.

What Happens Next

  • One of the four administrators calls you back. All four are siblings and are healthcare professionals.
  • We ask about your loved one’s care needs: mobility, memory, medications, help with bathing or transfers, and whether hospice or home health is already involved.
  • We talk about costs honestly, including whether Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver, VA Aid and Attendance, or long-term care insurance applies to your situation.
  • If a home looks like a fit, we schedule a tour.
  • If we are not the right fit, we will say so, and we will point you somewhere better if we can.

When to Reach Us

Someone answers the main line seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Calls outside those hours go to voicemail and we return them the next morning. If your situation is urgent, such as a hospital discharge in the next few days, say so in your message and we will move it to the front.
