Our Five Board and Care Homes
Six residents each. RN-led and family-owned since 1999. Rancho Cucamonga, Claremont, and La Verne.
What Every Genesis Manor Home Has in Common
Six residents, never more
Every home is licensed for six. That is the whole point. Your parent is one of six people, not one of sixty, and the caregiver knows how they take their coffee.
Nurse-led ownership
Gerry Markie, R.N., founded Genesis Manor in 1999 and remains the licensee of record on all five homes. Her four children run them, all healthcare professionals.
Medi-Cal ALW and VA accepted
All five homes accept the Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver, VA Aid and Attendance, long-term care insurance, and private pay. Published rates, no surprises.
We do not discharge on decline
Needs change. Our homes are built so that a resident who declines can usually stay, with hospice coordination when the time comes, rather than being moved again.
Compare Our Five Homes
Every home is licensed for six residents and staffed by the same family. What differs is location, the mix of private and shared rooms, and the clinical background of the person who runs it. Here is all of it in one view.

Where Our Homes Are
Our five homes sit within about fifteen miles of each other along the foothills, from Alta Loma in Rancho Cucamonga west through Claremont to La Verne.
Take a Look at Each Home
The Same Rate at Every Home
Genesis Manor homes start at $4,750 to $5,250 per month depending on the room and the level of care. That number is on our website because families deserve to know it before they call, not after a tour. We accept the Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver with no share of cost, VA Aid and Attendance, long-term care insurance, and private pay.
Not Sure Which Home to Call?
Call the main line and we will talk through what your parent needs, what you can pay, and which of the five homes actually fits. If none of them do, we will tell you that too and point you somewhere better.
