Family Owned and Operated Since 1999
Genesis Manor is a family owned and operated business that has cared for hundreds of seniors since 1999. We run five licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) in the quiet foothill neighborhoods of La Verne, Claremont, and Alta Loma.
Instead of a large commercial building on a busy street, you step into a residential home – the smell of home-cooked meals, fresh flowers, and the comfort of a real neighborhood.

Small assisted living facilities are generally the least costly option while still providing an excellent staff-to-resident ratio. Several programs can help with the cost of care.
Veterans Benefits
VA Aid & Attendance is a tax-free benefit for those who served and their surviving spouses. We work with companies who help families receive it.
Assisted Living Medi-Cal
As part of the Assisted Living Waiver Program, eligible Medi-Cal residents pay around $1,000 per month, the rest is covered by the government.
Long-Term Care Insurance
We accept long-term care insurance and can help coordinate private-pay arrangements. Call us and we’ll discuss individual rates.
