Our Story
Family Owned and Operated Since 1999
We run five licensed board and care homes, also known as Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), in the quiet foothill neighborhoods of La Verne, Claremont, and Rancho Cucamonga.
Instead of a large commercial building on a busy street, you step into a residential home – the smell of home-cooked meals, fresh flowers, and the comfort of a real neighborhood.
Our family leadership helps coordinate personalized care plans, medication support and communication with physicians, home health and hospice providers within the services permitted in a licensed RCFE.

Our trained caregivers are available around the clock, many of whom have been with us for years, providing stability and continuity your family can rely on.
Caregivers On Site Around the Clock
A caregiver lives on site around the clock, seven days a week, providing supervision and hands-on support with daily living. We do not staff awake overnight caregivers, so nighttime response is on call rather than continuous.
Visiting Specialists
Physician visits, podiatrists, hairdressers, manicurists, and physical therapists come to the home.
Daily Living Assistance
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and other activities of daily living.
Home-Cooked Meals
Home-prepared meals, snacks and modified diets based on documented resident needs.
Memory Care
Consistent routines and individualized support for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Hospice Coordination
A familiar residential setting where approved hospice and home-health providers can support eligible residents.

Assisted living in the Inland Empire averages roughly $6,000 to $6,250 per month. Our published rate starts at $4,750, and a smaller home means a better staff-to-resident ratio at the same time. Several programs can help with the cost of care.

VA Aid & Attendance is a tax-free benefit for those who served and their surviving spouses. We work with companies who help families receive it.
Long-Term Care Insurance
